Move over from vegetable balls to make golf-sized balls from a mixture of cauliflower, yoghurt, cheese, spices and salt. Who says the traditional tomato sauce is the best for these? Make your dip, but this time from sweet potato of course! Mash pieces of cooked and cooled sweet potato in a mixture containing onion, chives, spice powder, salt and sour cream. Watch the balls melt in your mouths as you get to sink in the excellent combination of cauliflower and sweet potato!
Pine nuts decorated mushroom meatloaf – Quite intrigued by the name, aren’t you? This is an exotic but easy to make innovative main course recipe that you can try easily at home. All you need is a bread roll, scallion, garlic, mixed mince, eggs, salt, pine nuts, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, oil, veal, mustard and pepper. Clean the ingredients well and sauté the nicely-chopped mushrooms with spring onions, mushrooms, salt & pepper, garlic and the tomatoes. Before frying all these, soak the bread roll in lukewarm water.
Take out the bread roll after time and soak out excess water thoroughly. To the almost-dry bread add minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper and mustard. Once all the ingredients are blended well, move it to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for an hour in an oven that has been preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Ensure that you sprinkle a generous dose of pine nuts over the baking sheet before you put it in the oven. Once the bread has been baked, you may enjoy the flavourful dish with salsa or dip of your preference.
Grilled Peach Dessert – Move on from the cakes, pies, tarts, sweets and puddings and more. Here is a smoked and grilled fruit that makes for an awesome dessert. We are talking about the grilled peach dish. Take a bowl of fresh peach slices and add the mixture of sugar, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, kosher salt and ground nutmeg to it. Mix all the ingredients well and spoon it carefully over a buttered skillet. Cover the skillet with an aluminium foil and place it over a hot grill. Grill the dish nicely for about 15 minutes until the skillet becomes very hot. For the delicious biscuit topping, you need to mix all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, a generous dose of heavy cream and melted butter in a bowl. Now, remove the foil from the skillet and cover the peach slices with this cream & butter mixture. Grill the fruit again until this cream covering turns golden brown. Allow the dish to cool down for about 15 minutes before enjoying it.
